Two weeks ago, I went to the NUS Health Center because of catching a cold. Before seeing the doctor, a nurse asked me to weigh myself. However, I discovered that I have lost ten kilograms since I came to Singapore, shocking me greatly.
I always wanted to increase my weight in order to be stronger, but I failed again and again. Therefore, to realize my ‘dream’, I searched Internet and gained some effective ways to put on weight.
The most basic way of increasing weight is having a good sleep. Sleeping well enables you to have a huge appetite, which is definitely beneficial for you to increase your weight. Furthermore, an adequate sleep contributes to the digestion and absorption of food.
The second way of increasing weight is eating chocolate before sleeping. According to a research carried out by Chinese Scientist, average one hundred grams’ chocolate contains thirty grams’ fat, which is far higher that other food. In addition, if eating chocolate before sleeping, the massive energy from chocolate is easy to be converted into fat, which will be stored in your body.
I am going to obey these two rules every day and I hope that I am able to increase my weight within few months.
I'm so envious of you putting on weight! All the girls now are doing everything possible to loss weight. Maybe it is not so easy to change one's shape in a short time. Anyhow, fitness is the best.
ReplyDeleteYes, I have the same question with you. Every time I eat lunch, I would say " more rice" and order more that three dishes. In Eton hall, I would at least add rice once. Moreover, I always eat chocolate, cookie, flied potato and so on. However, I can never put on weight. How I envy some girls, they have so much fat.
ReplyDeleteIf I were you, I would prefer the first way-- better sleep, since it is good for your health. However, it is really a good excuse for those sweet teeth to eat more chocolate.hehe...

ReplyDeleteWow, I want to loose weight, but it is hard for me, because I cannot control my mouth. Ice-cream , meat, barbecue, such things always seduce me, and I cannot deny. Maybe I need to control myself.
ReplyDeleteI have ever heard of a saying that it will be harmful for your body if you eat too much food of high quantity of heat before you sleep. Thus as well as you are health, there is no need for you to put on weight.
