Who I am

I once watched a film called “Who I am” with the leading role of Jackie Chan. He is quite famous for his action movies and this one is also presented excellent action scenarios. However, I prefer to focus on the plot that the hero lost memory one time, during that period, keeping asking himself who he was. It is a serious question, which sometimes I ask myself.

I have repeated telling to others that I am actual an introvert person who is also modest, reserved and benevolent. Are these all to describe myself? Human beings with certain personality can also change in different conditions. These days we are doing the research project and designing a questionnaire. Last time, group members elected me as the group leader not in terms of my ability, maybe just for fun. It is hard for me to act more like a passionate leader in a group not only because I lack the dominative power over others, but also my personality has an effect. I apologize for not working together efficiently. That does not mean that I will give up. Fortunately, I am a persistent person, I think, as the miracle happens from time to time, I can make a change successfully. “Who I am” is a really profound philosophy problem, but it will not disturb me if I have the ambition—I can make a change. Give me a fulcrum and a level and I can move the earth.

  1. I think leadership is not equal to domination. You do have more advantages than others so that you need not to change yourself deliberately. Just take on responsibilities, we will support your work!

  2. We did select you for fun. But you did a good job. You took the responsibility without complaint. You kept on going regardless of barriers. I believe, under your leadership, our group will finally be the best.
