Human rights in my country

Every time we talk about human rights in C, it always keeps discussible. Due to most of us are from the urban city of C, so we may not know some tiredness and weakness of our country.
In C, every time we refer to human rights, we will think about Liu Xiaobo, who has won the Noble Peace Prize. Whereas, most C's citizens still do not know who he is. He has won the Noble Peace Prize for he has fight for human rights in C with a non-injury way for a long time. However, he stands in the opposite side of C's Central Government, so he was caught by the police, and he was forbidden to get the prize in Norway. All of his family members were supervised by the government. All of news about him was absolutely forbidden in C continent. Still, lots of people and associations in C support Liu Xiaobo. They know what Liu have done is right, but it will limit the conduct of our central government, and our government would not like to have this consequence, so he was sent into jail.
Another aspect, which I suppose is very apparent, is our comment freedom. For instance, we must not talk about our president, Communist Party, or something that is very sensitive in C. If i done that, my comment will be deleted buy the administrator of the website with an excuse of keeping the social harmonious, and I may be caught by the police for having disseminate some gossip which will do harm to the social well-being. Through the internet, we can read each kinds of news except news about our main government, and we cannot comment it. That is why most netizens said that they do not have comment freedom.
More things like Falun gong, occupying arable by force, and so, these topics always keep hot in C. Most C's citizens know that Falun gong is something that do harm to our thought, we may commit suicide after practice it. It is because that Falun gong was defined heresy and illegal association in C, and it is absolutely forbidden in C only. To stand in a neutral side, I cannot say it is good or not good, but regard it more subjectively. About arable, it produces the main income of farmers, they cannot live without their arable, but because our country need to develop, so more construction will take place, which means more arable will be occupied. However, farmers do not want it, so the local government would take some measures to take up the arable by force. That is why lots of fighting take place in C for land.
Even though these matters can be something we do not want know, but we need to envisage it, and attempt to change it, to enhance the well-being of our life in C.

  1. To some extent, the limitation of Internet is not as serious as other country like USA. Living in China for 18years, we know something bad, or just reported badly, of China, such as, Liu Xiaobo, Falungong. Perhaps some of the facts were juggled by our government, but at now we can do nothing about it. Maybe, it is only time that can change this situation. Maybe 20 years later, we will receive what we want.

  2. To some extent,I agree with you,but not all you said.Because sometimes what we read in the newspaper or from the internet is biased,it is really hard to draw a conclusion only by those resources.Usually different angles to treat a object leads to different results.Since the newspaper is also written by man,the information they convey is emotional more or less. However, being united and working hard, tommorrow will be better.

  3. you have chosen a very sensitive subject. i think everyone could say something bad about the conditon of china's human rights, especially the americans and japanese. i think they are just trying to limited the development of china. the most important thing in china, i think, should be a stable society for economic developing and citizens life improving. i think chinese people are still easily to be affected by midia, especially some foreign website. i don't deny the goverment is cruel sometimes, but i believe the goverment has thought twice before their final dicsion is made.

  4. Maybe some limitations in China you said are true. However, I still think for a country, protecting its government stable is necessary and reasonable even using some compulsory meathods.
