Since we moved from Parry Hall to Eton Hall,how about making a comparison?
Parry Hall
Pros:There are sufficient toilets---which is of VITAL importance!! Lining up just to use the toilet is utterly stupid!S-T-U-P-I-D!
What's more,we are able to take a shower whenever we want,also without standing in a queue.
The canteen is large.
There are frigers(Inportant!) and microwave ovens,too.
Cons:We have to go downstairs to surf the internet.
The rooms are not air-coned.
Also,it's to far away from NUS
Eton Hall
Pros:It's near NUS,and there are air-coned rooms.Dinner there seems better.
Cons:Toilets!Toilets!Toilets!
There ARE wi-fi hot spot in our rooms,but it just doesn't work!We are fooled
We have to wash our dishes!
Laundry here is awful...But at least,it's nearer.
Mosquito!!Ahhh!!!

ReplyDeleteHaving to queue to use the toilet is a chore indeed, maybe you can schedule your baths at different times (late at night)?
ReplyDeleteI remember the days I was backpacking around Europe, and would stay in 32-bed halls where everyone shared one small toilet. It was actually quite fun...
Almost the same feelings as me.but since we have no choice,we can just only accept it with happiness.
